The Catholic Diocese of Columbus has been a beacon of hope for the community for 77 years, providing support through Catholic Social Services. The Catholic Community Foundation is devoted to promoting faith-based stewardship and charity in the area, with the aim of helping those in need to live with dignity, hope and purpose. Patrick serves the Catholic Community Foundation in its mission to promote faith-based stewardship in Northeast Ohio. The Foundation administers grants to agencies, schools, parishes, diocesan programs and other religious or non-profit organizations located within the Diocese of Cleveland.
These grants are available to help support the spiritual, educational and charitable needs of all. Through these grants, individuals can make a meaningful contribution to the Church's ministries in Northeast Ohio. In addition to grants, the Catholic Community Foundation also encourages individuals to remember their parish, Catholic Charities or other Church ministry in their estate plan. This is an excellent way to ensure that your legacy of faith-based stewardship and charity continues long after you are gone. At Catholic Social Services, we believe that everyone should have access to the tools they need to reach their full potential. We are committed to providing support and resources to those in need, regardless of their faith or origin.
